Refund after Upgrade to Unlimited Account


Good afternoon,

I purchased a SoundCloud Pro subscription this morning (3/15/2017)for the year rate of $63 instead of monthly for $7, before knowing that it only allowed you to have 6 hours of live tracks at that rate. Upgraded to the SoundCloud Pro Unlimited option, at the monthly rate of $15, instead of picking the yearly option. Want to confirm that with this upgrade I'll be refunded my money on the SoundCloud Pro Subscription since I'll no longer be using it?

Hi there,

You won't when you upgraded from yearly Pro to monthly Pro Unlimited actually - our system currently doesn't automatically detects this transition. Please reach out to transactions[at]soundcloud.com to get this sorted out.

Mathis - I followed your instructions on this same situation and just got this reply. But there is no "Submit a Request" button in the help center as described in the email... please help. I also need to get a pro-rated refund on my prepaid Pro subscription and also want to take advantage of the $1.99/mo discounted Go+ (I am already a Go+ subscriber)
