Many of you have written in about issues with the audio quality when streaming music via the SoundCloud mobile app on your Android and iOS devices. We have forwarded all of your reports to our engineers and they are currently investigating issues related to the audio quality on the apps.
For us to be able to fix this as soon as possible, we would really appreciate if you can let us know a bit more about your issue so we can then forward it to our engineers:
- Please provide us with the URL of at least one track where you are experiencing this issue
- What device are you experiencing it on? (make, model, OS version and app version)
- Please confirm where you are listening from when experiencing the issue (directly from your device's speaker, headphones, bluetooth speaker...)
- Where are you (or were you) located while experiencing the issue? (Country)
Once we’ve received your response, we may be able to trigger a manual fix for that (or those) specific tracks but please note that this will be an ad hoc workaround as we will still need to investigate further and work on a more global fix.
