I do not mass clear cookies and I haven't wiped my internet history either. The only time I delete cookies is when I go into my settings and delete specific cookies from specific sites, none of these cookies ever had anything to do with soundcloud.
I have not changed any of my settings for soundcloud and there should be absolutely no reason why I should be auto logged out when Ive been logged in for at least a full year straight.
While typing this I was listening to music from my likes and I OPENED IN ANOTHER TAB my overview and it told me to log in again. Not only that but IT LOGGED ME OUT IN THE TAB THAT WAS PLAYING MUSIC!
I logged in and tried it again and I can change to overview/playlists/others in the same tab just fine, but when I open them in a new tab I need to sign in in that tab which I never needed to do before.
I am using Google Chrome if that matters at all

So I just had to update google chrome... That was my problem... I have no idea why soundloud's autologin was hindered by a slightly outdated chrome version and by all means should never actually happen unless the browser version is really really outdated to the point where it would handle any site differently... but whatever. I got to sleuth a bit, and I got to complain, and everything is fixed.
Still confused on the whole 2023 thing though lol
